Hobbies: Watching birds, reading (both educational literature, plays and poetry, historical literature...)

Mannerisms: Gesticulating. A lot of that, probably too much and often in a too exaggerated manner. Also, he is very indecisive. Yuurei is a person to thoroughly evaluate the options given to him, which often results in him not being able to draw a decision at all. This also poses a big disadvantage in fights he yet has to improve. As a result, Yuurei has become a rather self-critical person. Also, he is way too proud of his downright bird's nest of hair and refuses to have it cut as well. There's absolutely no use in arguing about that with him.

Likes: birds, seafood, warmth, rain and thunderstorms, reading, nighttime, charms and pendants of all sorts

Dislikes:  fireworks (he can't stand the noise), cold places, decisions, prejudiced people, remarks on his hair, sleepless nights, festivals

Inspirations: Birds. He becomes all dreamy watching them, seeing them fly away and see all those unknown places...it keeps him motivated in live, makes him want to see more of this world. Beside that, pretty much all ninja of Torogakure's high-ranking ninjas - after all, who doesn't look up to them.

Yuurei, in all honesty, is one of those people you either get along with - or you can't stand at all. Surprisingly for most he is rather outgoing and sociable, likes to be around people, catch up on the latest gossip and add his fair share to that, and all in all - talk. If anything, Yuurei is a downright chatterbox, but when facing higher ranking people he knows when to shut up and how to behave...usually. Somewhat cynical, a little stubborn and a downright spiteful attitude don't really speak in favour of this young ninja. He appears somewhat irresponsible, unreliable even, but inside of him - as cheesy as it might sound - Yuurei has a good heart. You just need to manage to dig it out. He is entirely loyal to his friends, and despite not stopping with his usual snarky remarks he makes sure to let them know it's not meant in a bad way.
In fights Yuurei is able to stay rational and keep his cool even in heated confrontations. Preferring a well calculated strategy to rushing directly at the enemy, he is no person to jump headfirst into fights (after all, he doesn't even have the necessary skill to do so). As of now, Yuurei acts more as a supporter for his team, helping with strategical planning and trying to capture and immobilize opponents for his teammates to strike.

There's still a lot for Yuurei to learn in order to become a good ninja, as he hasn't understood the core essence of what it means to be one yet. At times it frustrates him bitterly, especially when confronted with his flaws in hand-to-hand combat and general lack of stamina and endurance, but he keeps working on his flaws and methods to make up for those. Often you will be able to find him sitting in his little flat, reading all he can find and afford on ninja-literature. If anything and even if it seems like a long way to get there, Yuurei is entirely determined to find his place and way in life, although he yet has to find out what this is.
